This is one of my favorite piece in the National Gallery in London. It’s an unfinished piece by Gainsborough of his two daughters. In my opinion the unfinished nature of this painting add to the image gives it a quality the even surpasses his more finished pieces. Visit this piece, I highly recommend it 🙂
